The Tomahawk steak is a ribeye steak with the rib bone attached, giving it a distinctive, well-known shape resembling a battle axe, hence its name. It’s a very high-quality, tender cut of beef beautifully marbled with fat, taken from the rib section of beef. It can be prepared in various ways, but one of the more popular methods is grilling, which is how we prepare it. Our waiter will definitely ask you, “How would you like your steak cooked? Rare, medium, well-done?” We serve it with Roasted potato and Truffle sauce, along with Coleslaw salad.
