The simplicity lies in quality pieces of beef provided daily by our butcher. We grind the meat, season it, and let it rest for 24 hours before shaping it for the grill. Each Pljeskavica weighs approximately 300 grams. Pljeskavica is served with flatbread and onions, and you can choose your own sides and extras; we recommend fries, Ajvar or Kajmak.
