Now a cult classic burger from Kamen tavern, whose recipe we devised back in 2014 and haven’t changed since, holds a high place on our guests’ list of favourite dishes. The taste of the beef in brioche bun according to our recipe, with the freshness of green salad and tomatoes, the sweetness of caramelized onions, the creaminess of melted cheddar cheese, and two types of Kamen sauces, conquers every palate. Alongside the burger, we serve fries with ketchup and mayonnaise. As an alternative to fries, we recommend Roasted potatoes or Coleslaw salad.
