The secret to our Ćevapi lies in simplicity. It starts with quality pieces of beef provided daily by our butcher, ensuring an ideal ratio of lean-to fat. We grind the meat ourselves, season it, and let it rest for 24 hours before shaping it for the grill. You can choose between a large and a small portion of Ćevapi, served on flatbread with onions. You can select other side dishes and additions yourself; we recommend fries, Ajvar or Kajmak.
