The simplicity lies in quality pieces of beef provided daily by our butcher, who ensures an ideal ratio of lean-to fat. The meat is ground, seasoned, and left to rest before shaping and grilling. After grilling, it’s placed in a fireproof dish with Kajmak on high heat until the Kajmak melts.  Each Pljeskavica weighs approximately 360 grams. Pljeskavica in Kajmak is served with flatbread and onions, and you can choose your own sides and extras; we recommend fries, Ajvar or Kajmak.
