Mazalica, a kind of spread made from ground meat. It’s prepared from selected pieces of beef provided daily by our butcher. The meat must be of high quality with the right fat content, and the meat processing is equally important. We grind and season the beef ourselves, spread it thinly on flatbread, and grill it until golden brown.
