After our written confirmation of your inquiry, you will receive instructions for the next steps. A reservation inquiry is required at least 24 hours in advance for spit-roasted and Peka dishes, and 48 hours in advance for fish dishes prepared under the Peka.
Veal Under the Peka

The best pieces of the flank, always prepared by our butcher Ivan, are lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, and Dalmatian herbs and placed in a greased round dish along with potatoes, onions, carrots, and peppers. The dish is cooked under a Peka on wood embers for about 1.5 hours, during which the meat is turned twice. The amount of embers is adjusted as needed.
