After our written confirmation of your inquiry, you will receive instructions for the next steps. A reservation inquiry is required at least 24 hours in advance for spit-roasted and Peka dishes, and 48 hours in advance for fish dishes prepared under the Peka.

Fish prepared under the peka is considered by many to be even better than grilled fish, as the peka gives it a unique aroma while preserving all the flavors and scents of the sea. The fish is sourced from our local family farm (OPG) suppliers who catch it in the Adriatic Sea, and it is prepared with potatoes, garlic, cherry tomatoes, onion, carrot, zucchini, spices, and olive oil for about 50 minutes.
