Kajmak is a dairy product with a long history originating from Central Asia. Different countries have established various methods for making Kajmak, which is obtained through the fermentation of cream separated during the boiling of raw cow, goat, or sheep milk. Kajmak is an integral part of our offering, and once you try it with grilled meat, especially combined with Čevapi or Pljeskavica, you’ll find it hard to enjoy them without Kajmak.
