Beefsteak is an exceptionally high-quality and tender part of beef that is often served with some type of sauce. Steak does not tolerate prolonged cooking; it should not be overcooked as it loses all its juiciness and becomes dry. Our waiter will definitely ask you, “How would you like your steak cooked? Rare, medium, well-done?” Our favourite sauce that elevates the steak to another level is Pepper Sauce, and the side dish is homemade croquettes. If you’re not a fan of Pepper Sauce, we recommend Mushroom sauce or Truffle sauce, which also pair excellently with steak.
