The secret to our Ćevapi lies in simplicity. It starts with quality pieces of beef provided daily by our butcher, ensuring an ideal ratio of lean-to fat. We grind the meat ourselves, season it, and let it rest for 24 hours before shaping it for the grill. Once grilled, Ćevapi are placed in a fireproof dish with Kajmak until the Kajmak melts. Ćevapi in Kajmak are served with flatbread and onions.
