Mazalica, a kind of spread made from ground meat. It’s prepared from selected pieces of beef provided daily by our butcher. The meat must be of high quality with the right fat content, and the meat processing is equally important. We grind and season the beef ourselves, highlighting coarse crushed hot paprika among the spices. The prepared meat is spread thinly on flatbread, grilled to a golden brown, and then topped with Kajmak after grilling. Enjoy!
