A reservation inquiry is required at least 24 hours in advance for spit-roasted and Peka dishes, and 48 hours in advance for fish dishes prepared under the Peka.
Lamb Under the Peka

Our lamb comes from the Velebit region, with a specific taste and aroma thanks to the diet characteristic of the Dalmatian karst, where various aromatic Mediterranean herbs grow, sprinkled with salt brought by the bora wind. The roasting process takes about 1.5 hours with two turns of the meat, and we add potatoes, onions, carrots, peppers, salt, and oil/lard to the bell. The amount of embers is regulated as needed. Lamb is best in spring and summer.
